Free Lands in Ghana

There are over 27,000 acres of land set aside for all Blacks around the world who have a desire to live in Ghana. The land was gifted to people of the Diaspora for 99 years. All royal lands must return to the family after 99 years.

These lands are found in the western region near Winneba, between Cape Coast (closer to Cape Coast) and Accra, the capitol.

Costs to obtain the land(as 2021):

1. 80X80 plot.....$700

2. 100X80 plot....$1000

3. 100X100 plot..$1500

The costs pertaining to each size is to register the land in the buyers' names, demarcation of the land (GPS) and legal papers (Indentures) of ownership for the duration of time.
